Rules for Students:

 

• Trial Period – You will be placed on a 3 month trial period.

• Attendance – Arrive at class on time.

• Behaviour – All dancers should show respect to all within the class at all times.

• Uniform – Students should wear the correct attire for class; Hair should be neatly tied up and away from face. Footwear: Tap Shoes, Jazz Shoes, Ballet Shoes. Clothing: Navy Blue Catsuit, OR Navy blue Jazz Pants with Navy Blue Timms School of Dance T/Shirt.

• Health & Safety – Please notify us of any health issues your child may have.

• Eating & Drinking – Please ensure your child has plenty to drink whilst at class to prevent dehydration. No eating allowed whilst dancing.

• Mobile Phones – No mobile telephones to be used during class.

Rules for the Parents of Students:

 

• Registration – Please complete a registration form which should include up to date contact details.

• Fees – Class fees are payable monthly in advance, during the first week of each month for all subjects.

• Absences –You are required to provide at least 24 hours notice for any absences, otherwise fees are payable in full.

• Holidays – A Period of 4 weeks holiday is allowed, plus Christmas and Easter breaks. After this period fees are payable in full.

• Punctuality – Please drop your children off five minutes before class, and arrive on time to collect your child.

• Behaviour – Parents should treat each other with equal respect and with the same regard in which they would like to be treated. Any form of bullying or disrespect towards another pupil, parent or teacher in the class or at competitions and shows will not be tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly.

• Behaviour – The Principal reserves the right to refuse entry to Parents and Pupils that do not behave in the required manner.
